Important Information
What is an escape room?
An escape room is a live-action experience where players enter a scenario where they will need to use their minds to find clues, solve puzzles, unlock locks, and hopefully make their escape in 60 minutes.
How much is it to play?
We charge $30 per player in the room and payment is expected at the time the reservation is made, to hold the room.
Will the door actually be locked?
Due to fire code we cannot lock the doors. Some of our doors are held shut with a magnet, in which case you would simply push a button to release the door to exit the game.
How old do you have to be to play?
We highly recommend that all players be 12 and up. If there is anyone in the group under the age of 15, the group must have a paying adult (18+) in the room with them.
How many people can play?
Due to fire code, our rooms will hold a maximum of 6 players. If you have more than 6 players in your team, please call us at (970) 985-4080 and we can discuss some possible options.
Do you accept Walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome, but it depends on our availability if we are able to accept them or not. Our available bookings may change by the hour, it's best to call or book in advance. We will not accept walk-ins after 7:30pm.
Will I be booked with players I don't know?
All of our games are private.
Are your rooms ADA (American Disabilities Act) approved?
All of our rooms are ADA approved except for The Lost Continent (in the basement). To access our facility, we have a wheelchair ramp in the back. Please call (970) 985-4080 ahead of time so that we may assist you when coming in through the back door.
Do you host birthday parties?
Escape rooms are a great activity to do for a birthday and we would love to be part of your celebration. That said, we do not have a room at our facility to serve cake and open gifts.
